In the case of Ralf M\u00e4ser and Sonja M\u00e4ser-Luksch, this shared enthusiasm for sophisticated creations in confectionery and p\u00e2tisserie led to the founding of MAELU.<\/p>\n

The shared fascination with creative culinary delights is the recipe for the success of the two dedicated master confectioners. Based on traditional craftsmanship, MAELU as a young company has the ambition to further expand its place in the top tier of national and international confectioneries – through innovative ideas and fresh \u00e9lan.<\/p>\n

The result is convincingly perceptible in each and every one of the handcrafted one-offs: masterpieces that beguile all the senses.
